Due to the family nature of Karden House, I do not accept reservations for All-Male or All-Female groups.

 

•     No bookings will be accepted without a deposit

•     Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building.

•     No food or drink is to be taken to the bedrooms.

•     Your room must be vacated before 10 am on the day of departure. Extra time will be charged at £5:00 per hour.

•     The Management have the right to refuse bookings without explanation.

•     Noisy or anti-social behavior, which is likely to upset or alarm other guests will not be tolerated and the offending guest will be         instructed to leave.

•     Guests are not allowed to entertain visitors in their room without the express permission of the Management.

 

Failure to meet any of the terms and conditions will be considered a breach of contract and the guest will be instructed to leave.

 

 

By making your reservation, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a legally binding contract. You agree that failure to comply in any way with the above terms will involve the forfeit of any payment according to the following criteria:

 

Agency bookings are pre-paid, and are not transferable/refundable

All other bookings are bound by the following:

 

•     Cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival: Half your deposit will be forfeited.

•     Cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival:  Your total deposit will be forfeited.

•     Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: The total invoice cost will become payable.

•     Eviction because of breach of contract (As detailed above): The total invoice cost will become payable.

 

     I will invoke any legal actions required to enforce these terms and conditions.
